That is why we will perform all that for you for free!Our competent technical staff members will move your site content from your present provider to us. Our techs have extensive experience migrating websites and can handle anything – from a normal WordPress weblog or Joomla–powered website, to an extremely complex, custom–built app.

A: While we can’t give you an exact time window, because there are a lot of factors, including the size of the files and databases, the location of the current host’s server, the complexity of your website and the present workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we’ll try our best to transfer your web site within 48h, and in certain cases – within 24h (in case the content is not very large).

A: Yup. We’ll need the name of the website that you want us to transfer. We’ll also require a way to access your old hosting account so that we can get the content associated with your website.

A: In order for us to begin the transfer of your hosting account, you must already have an account with us. Opening an account with us will require that you to disclose essentially the same information you have given to your current hosting provider. We’ve also got a very strict Privacy Policy, which specifies how sensitive information is tackled.

A: Your site will continue to work exactly like it did before with your former web hosting provider. After we are through with the migration, your website will be configured to work on our web hosting platform and we will ask you to preview it. If everything is working correctly, all you will have to do is update the NS records associated with your domain. Your site will be migrated to us with no downtime.

Essentially, if we can acquire access to your Control Panel, we’ll be able to migrate your site.The only platforms that we do not support are closed–source web site management platforms such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
